The Basic Parts of The Refrigerated Box Truck
We customize various standard and non-standard parts for refrigerated truck boxes, these parts include rear doors, side doors, door locks, hinges, frames, floors, skirting boards, meat hooks, sub-frames, bumpers, weather strips, mudguards, lights, curtains, refrigeration units and metal or plastic accessories.
Cabinet Material
The inner frame is made of rust-resistant high-quality light steel profiles of WISC steel, the insulation material is non-void filled polyurethane foam, the bottom of the car body is made of aluminum alloy pattern plate or selected plane nano glass steel,the car body is made of galvanized stainless steel corner,the thickened aluminum alloy edge, and the rear door frame is stainless steel.
Meat Rails
For vehicles with special requirements, such as the meat hook car, the meat hook can be installed, the waist, aluminum alloy guide rail, ventilation groove and other optional parts.and it is made of anti-corrosion 304 stainless steel.
Step Bumper and Side Guardrail
High-strength stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel materials can effectively protect the body from damage caused by rear-end collisions or scratches.
Refrigeration unit

Aluminum Corner Profiles
We use aluminum profiles to join truck body panels and secure them with rivets and glue. The customized aluminum profile is closely connected with the panel and effectively reduces the occurrence of the thermal bridge effect.
