The customer can enjoy a warranty of 12 months or 25,000 kilometers(3 components:engine, gearbox, axles.). We can also provide technical and spare parts support.

Remote technical support: To minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of problems. This could include phone or email support, as well as remote access to the vehicle’s control systems for diagnostic and repair purposes.

In case of warranty issues related to service or parts, we may request photos of any damage or problems encountered. This serves a dual purpose: firstly,it aids in comprehending the situation during our initial conversation,and secondly,it assists our service team in identifying any potential improvements in production or communication to prevent future occurrences. Following your form submission, someone from the service department will be reaching out to you. If it is determined that your equipment is still under warranty, we will provide you with an after- sales number. This number is what you will need when you file your Warranty Claim. This is important, the after- sales is the key to getting a quick reimbursement of expenses directly associated with the service problem on the truck.
