Send Inquiry:Clients send inquiries from online services (B2B website, Phone, WhatsApp, etc) or through Email. When we receive your inquiry, we will contact with you as soon as possible.
Communicate:According to your needs,Keeyak recommends suitable truck configuration including truck chassis (brand,engine,wheel base,etc) and Upperstructure (functional type,tank volume, equipment model, etc).
Quotation:After identifying the truck,We will offer quotation for you.
Negotiate:We will confirm with you the specifications,chassis,quantity and delivery date of the vehicle.
Sign Contract:When we reach an agreement,we will sign contract.
Deposit: We can do T/T,usually is 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before shipment.
Confirm Drawing:Before manufacturing,we will confirm drawing with you.
Manufacture: we accept third-party inspection.
Production finished:Send pics, videos of finished trucks for you.
Clients arrange balance payment:70% balance before shipment.
Shipping:Keeyak Truck arranges shipment & send documents to clients.We mainly transport it by ro-ro ship, bulk ship or in containers.
Pick Up:Clients pick up goods from port with documents received.

Transport
Normally,We transport trucks by sea.According to truck dimension,we may use container vessel,or bulk vessel,or RORO vessel.Usually it takes about 20-45 working days.Shorter time to nearer countries.
A.General Container(20GP/40GB 40HQ)
This way is the first choice if the size of truck is less than 5950*2280*2250 mm.For two units,one 40HQ will save more Ocean freight.If the length is a little bit long, we can remove the front guard with the consent of the customer.
B.Special Container(OT/FR/TK)
For over-height or over-length truck,we can use open top container or frame container. The truck will be covered with wax and tarpaulin.
C.RO-RO Ship
The best way of shipping truck is roll on and roll off ship, in this way, the truck will be in all-round protection,without seawater corrosion and air corrosion.
D.Bulk Cargo Ship
Economical ways of shipping, but the truck has risk of rust if it is on the deck.
