The sprinkler pump must not run idly and must run with liquid, otherwise the impeller may be easily damaged.
When the sprinkler uses river ditches and ponds as water sources, be careful that all the ends of the suction pipe are submerged in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or more sediment and floating debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally equipped with a filter device, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the water absorption point in advance to ensure that no debris and no air enter. The water pumps of different sprinklers have different requirements for water sources. Clean water pumps require no impurities in the water, while turbid water pumps require no stones and excessive sediment in the water.
Before the centrifugal water pump absorbs water for the first time, a certain amount of diversion water must be added to the pump, and the water inlet must be closed after adding. When the self-priming water pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water diversion, and it is not necessary to add water diversion later.
When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum in order to draw water into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed and reliable, the hose must not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise there will be air leakage, which will cause the situation that the water cannot be sucked.

The position of the front nozzle of the sprinkler is low, close to the ground, and the spraying pressure is relatively high, which can be used to wash the road surface; the position of the rear nozzle is relatively high (the rear nozzle of the sprinkler is generally installed on the left and right), and the sprinkling surface is wide, which can be used for sprinkling water in road construction. The water storage tank of the sprinkler is equipped with a sewage pipe, and the inlet of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the sewage pipe switch should be turned on regularly to remove the sundries accumulated in the tank until the water becomes clear.

Solutions: 1. Check the rubber pad, adjust the thickness of the gasket, and tighten the joint screws. 2. Adjust the moderate position of the water filter. 3. Clean the filter screen. 4. Add sufficient water for diversion.
The reasons for insufficient pressure are as follows: 1. The operation of the water pump cannot meet the speed requirement. 2. The valve is not completely closed or opened. 3. The pipeline is blocked or leaked. 4. The filter screen is blocked.
Solutions: 1. Increase the throttle and increase the engine speed to the rated value of the water pump speed. 2. Eliminate blockage or leakage. 3. Clean the filter screen.
